		<description>Did you clock the times between the different approaches to the ball?  I would suggest that the &quot;correct&quot; version isn&#039;t any slower.  

Furthermore, I think there is better rage of motion in the &quot;incorrect&quot; approach because your glove is not trapped on the other side of your leg.  In the incorrect approach the player is square to the ball and in the &quot;correct&quot; approach the player is leaning.
