Softball Video: Speed, Agility, Power and Tug of War!

by Stacie ~ October 15th, 2010. Filed under: College Softball, Softball Training.

Thanks to Auburn Softball – great stuff.  New ideas and good to see some things we already use in training…

Check it out!  Some of them actually have pretty good running form too.  🙂  Always nice to see.  Oh yeah, and make sure you watch ’till the end because there’s some fun tug-of-war stuff there.

    This is absolutely AWESOME!

Thanks for sharing. Seeing this actually brings goosebumps because they GET IT.
Sadly, many do not. I received a text a few nights ago from one of my D1 athletes telling me that their ‘trainer’ had them do a sit up test, close-grip barbell bench presses and press 65 pounds (not sure where he came up with that) until failure.
Maybe that dude needs to watch THIS video..;)

    Thanks Stacie!
