When training kicks your butt

Sometimes your workout straight up kicks your hiney. It doesn’t go the way you expect. You don’t execute the way you hoped.

But, you know what?

The work still counts. It’s still another day that builds upon what you’ve already done and adds another layer to what’s yet to come.

It doesn’t have to be perfect to matter.

Don’t let your need for perfection get in the way of your progress 😉

And I’m not just talking about training or practices or sports … this isn’t just a reminder for athletes. It’s applicable in all kinds of other areas of life too <3
