4 Excellent TRX Exercises for Youth Softball Players

Looking for great exercises for your youth softball team or player?  Here are some great ones that will help them build their athleticism and overall strength without weights – just using the TRX Trainer.

Looks like fun!  Great for older players too.  I’ve even seen many professional athletes, from baseball players to MMA fighters, use this crazy fun tool to pump up their fitness level.
