Fair warning …
Hard truth ahead.
This is a bit of a gut check that we all need at one point or another.
Though it may be uncomfortable to hear, I promise it’s said with lots of love and tons of belief in you.
Sooooo, one reason your goals stay out of reach?
Lack of commitment.
Maybe you want your goal, but you’re not truly committed to it … or to yourself.
- You slack off instead of putting in the work.
- You make excuses instead of digging deep.
- You find reasons why you can’t instead of focusing on ways to get it done.
Any of that sound familiar?
I promise you, you’re not alone.
It’s one of the main reasons a “commitment” section is included in the Stack Your Wins Journal.
Because you are not the only one who struggles with this from time to time.
Ask me how I know 😉
Take a moment to commit to yourself today, to commit to your goals today.
Then, be willing to REcommit daily.
It’s okay if this takes a conscious effort on your part right now.
Do it enough and it’ll take less and less effort to stay committed.
And if you ever find yourself spinning your wheels, feeling stuck, or maybe even falling further and further away from your goals, the good news is, you can REcommit to yourself and your goals at any time.
That’s the beauty of this journey.
The opportunity to course correct and get back on track.
